Discovery & Strategy

AI Operations Audit

I'll sit down with your team and walk through how work actually gets done — the tools, the handoffs, the decisions. Then I map where AI can do the most good: not as a novelty, but as a practical lever on real bottlenecks.

You get a prioritised roadmap with specific recommendations, effort estimates, and a clear first move. Not a 60-page slide deck — a working document your team can act on the following Monday.

Best for

Teams that know AI could help but aren't sure where to start, or companies that have tried a few tools and want a coherent strategy connecting them.

Ongoing · Part-time

Execution

Fractional PM

I embed with your team on a part-time basis and run the day-to-day: sprint planning, standups, stakeholder updates, blocker removal. You get a senior PM who knows how to ship — without the full-time overhead.

This works especially well for teams between hires, companies spinning up new products, or orgs that need project leadership but aren't ready for a permanent headcount.

Best for

Growth-stage teams shipping product, companies between PM hires, or founders who need to stop running standups themselves.

03

Workshop · 1–3 days

Training

Agile & Scrum Training

Hands-on workshops for teams that want to work leaner — not textbook Agile, but practical ceremonies and habits adapted to your actual workflow. I teach sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and daily standups in a way that fits how your team already operates.

Every workshop ends with a working agreement: a set of practices your team commits to trying for the next two sprints. I check in afterward to see what stuck and what needs adjusting.

Best for

Teams adopting Agile for the first time, teams whose ceremonies have gone stale, or leaders who want their people trained by someone who actually runs projects — not just teaches about them.

Structure

PMO Setup & Project Rescue

Whether you're standing up a project management office from scratch or pulling a troubled project back on track, I bring the structure. Governance frameworks, reporting cadence, escalation paths, tooling — all built around your team, not imposed from a template.

For rescues, I start with a rapid assessment: what's off the rails, what's salvageable, and what the path forward looks like. Then I execute on it alongside your team until the project is stable.

Best for

Companies scaling past the point where informal project tracking works, or leaders who've inherited a project that's behind schedule and need someone to right the ship.

05

Milestone-based

Delivery

Custom Software Delivery Oversight

I bridge the gap between business goals and dev execution. Whether you're building in-house or managing a vendor, I make sure what ships is what was asked for — on scope, on time, and without the "that's not what we meant" conversation at the end.

This includes requirements validation, milestone tracking, UAT coordination, and stakeholder communication. I speak both languages — business and technical — so nothing gets lost in translation.

Best for

Non-technical founders overseeing dev teams, companies managing outsourced development, or orgs running complex builds where accountability keeps slipping between business and engineering.

Not sure which one fits? Just ask.

Most engagements start with a short conversation. No pitch, no pressure.
